The stated amounts are per user per month, excluding VAT. A minimum volume per client and a one-off onboarding fee apply: we agree those with you up front, never a surprise afterwards. For manufacturing companies we count office workplaces per user and workshop devices separately; machine control (OT) falls outside the standard subscription.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the three packages?

Not the security: that is the same level in all three. The difference is how much we take off your hands and how deep the reporting goes. Guarded adds 24-hour follow-up and training; Managed adds policy, risk analysis and board reporting.

Do I have to do the Quick-In audit first?

We strongly recommend it. You then know exactly where you stand before choosing a subscription, and whether you need it at all. No obligation to continue afterwards.

Does Control make us NIS2 compliant?

No, and nobody honest promises that: NIS2 has no certificate. What you do get: security in order and coverage reporting that demonstrably moves you towards the duty of care and that you can show your client or board.

Do we pay by the hour?

No. One fixed amount per employee per month. Predictable, no billing by the hour.

We have machines/OT: is that included?

Machine control (OT) is always a separate project, never part of the standard subscription. We are happy to look at it separately.

Are we talking to a bot?

No. During business hours a human from our team answers your questions via WhatsApp. Only outside business hours does an assistant help you along.
