Why a fixed price instead of an hourly rate?
Because then you know where you stand up front: budget and end date. We carry the risk of overrun, not you. If the scope changes, we agree a new fixed price together.
Why is maintenance mandatory?
Software nobody maintains becomes insecure by itself: outdated components, unpatched leaks. That is why we build nothing without upkeep. The maintenance (18%/yr) is visible on every card, no small print.
Who owns the software you build?
The intellectual property stays with Munitor, as is customary in the Netherlands; you get an exclusive, perpetual usage licence. If you want the source code fully in your own hands, that is possible at +25%.
Can you connect my ERP to my accounting?
Yes, that is exactly what Build Integration is for. Fixed price between € 12,500 and € 18,500, in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the systems. We price that up front.
Are we talking to a bot?
No. You talk to the builder directly during working hours via WhatsApp. Only outside working hours an assistant helps you on your way.
